I have over 25 years of professional experience driving business growth and development across the African continent. I have structured million-dollar mergers and acquisitions and I have built small businesses from scratch, working in the Nigerian and global finance, telecoms, and FMCG sectors. In all I do, I aim for maximum positive impact. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Combined Social Sciences from St Mary’s College, University of Durham, UK, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Harvard Business School, USA. Today, I sit on company boards and wear many hats at organisations including Honeywell Group, Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), and Tani Series.

I am constantly learning, growing, and expanding my horizons. I am a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD), United Kingdom; Institute of Directors, Nigeria; and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers, Nigeria.
Board Memberships
I provide leadership advisory services and contribute strategic direction to a few companies. I serve as a non-executive director on the boards of Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) and First Registrars & Investor Services Limited, and as an advisor on the management committee of operating companies in the Honeywell Group. From 2021 to 2023, I was also a non-executive director on the board of NGX Regulation Limited.
